Production Begins After Confirmation
Once project details are agreed, machining or engraving commences in our workshop. Finished components are inspected for dimensional accuracy before dispatch.

Craftsmanship Focused on Detail
GRAVERO is an independent fabrication workshop located in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, equipped with our own dedicated CNC router and precision metal laser marking systems.
We are not a high-volume industrial plant with rigid bureaucracy. We take a hands-on, bespoke approach to every project — whether you need a single mechanical prototype, routing jigs for your own workshop, or a production run of branded metal items.
We remain actively involved at each stage: from digital CAD/CAM file preparation and toolpath strategy to material selection and final surface finishing. Direct communication with the fabricator gives you clarity, flexibility and complete confidence in the final piece.

Can I order a single item?
Yes, we accept single-piece commissions. Our workshop is set up for bespoke prototypes, one-off commemorative gifts, and individual custom components.
Can I provide my own file or logo?
Yes. Preferred formats for CNC routing and laser engraving are vector files (DXF, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) or 3D files (STEP, STL). If you only have a concept or rough sketch, we can discuss the required file preparation.
Which materials can you machine with CNC?
Our primary CNC routing materials are solid timber (oak, walnut, beech, pine), premium birch plywood, and MDF. Other non-metal materials are evaluated per project. We do not offer CNC metal milling.
Can you engrave a metal item I already own?
Often yes, depending on the object's geometry, dimensions, metal composition, and coating. Send a photograph and dimensions so we can verify whether the item can be securely clamped and engraved in our laser enclosure.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is calculated individually based on part complexity, machine run time, file preparation requirements, material cost, and batch quantity.
What is the lead time?
Lead times depend on current workshop schedule, material availability, and order complexity. We confirm an estimated turnaround when you approve your quote. If you have a strict deadline, please let us know upfront.
Do you accept business orders and small batches?
Yes. We frequently collaborate with advertising agencies, interior designers, makers, breweries, and commercial companies requiring custom fixtures, merchandise, and batch marking.
